Steamed Parboiled Long Grain Rice (84%) Carrot (5.5%) Red Pepper (5.5%) Sunflower Oil Onion Powder Salt Spice Yeast Extract Spinach (Dehydrated) Fennel Seeds Cumin Seeds Garlic Powder Citric Acid
Vegetable Pilau Rice is the perfect base for a Courgette. Red Pepper and Tofu curry. Serve with poppadums and chutney and enjoy!
Cooking Instructions (General) – Squeeze the pouch to separate the rice .
Microwave – 1. Tear the top corner open slightly 2. Heat for 2 mins in a 700W microwave on 90 sec. in a 900W one .
Hob – 1. Boil 30 ml (about 2 tbsp) water 2. Add rice 3. Cover and simmer for 3 mins
